An online renewal capability is open to members. Log onto the website and click the 'Renew' link (be sure to check your service hours first if you think you rate a discount). Membership cards can be printed from the web page by logging in, going to 'Update my record' and scrolling down to dues info. Just below that is a link to print out the membership card. Remember, all memberships are calendar year based, and expire on 31 December.
You must bring bring proof of US citizenship (a REAL-ID compliant drivers license or a passport or birth record and photo ID). Membership fees must be paid at the meeting and are listed here. Dues are graduated over the year. Discounts are available for seniors and students.
Please bring a check or cash, we don't have any way to use "plastic."
Fill out an Membership Application, and an ITAR Certification Form at the meeting. You must bring proof of US citizenship (a REAL-ID compliant drivers license or a passport or birth record and photo ID). The ITAR Certification form is required due to the ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulation), where only U.S. Citizens can receive firearms training. Click here to find out more about the ITAR law. You will also need to find a sponsor. If you need help finding a sponsor, please contact the Membership Chairman and he will assist in finding one for you. Your sponsor must be present at the meeting when you join.
Once voted in, there is an orientation and safety brief immediately after the vote. In order to get a membership card, you must attend the Safety Brief and facility tour. You will receive a receipt via email with the link to print your membership card.

Initial Service Hour Requirement. All new members must perform 4 hours of service on a Chapter Working Party. This requirement under normal conditions will be fulfilled by participating in one monthly working party held the Saturday morning (third Saturday of the month) immediately prior to the monthly meeting. If the new member can't fulfill this requirement for a legitimate and substantive reason, the Chapter President will assign an alternative task of not less than 4 hours. If the new member does not meet this service hour requirement within 6 months of joining then his/her membership privileges will be suspended until it is fulfilled. This inital service hour requirement does not count towards volunteer hours for annual dues discount.
Credit for Volunteer service. An additional discount of $50, applicable to the following year's dues, may be earned with 8 hours of volunteer service beyond the mandatory 4 hours required of all new members in the first 6 months.
Student Membership:
Dues for nonvoting Student Memberships who are 18 years or older, but under 23, and are attending an institute of higher learning as a full-time student are $100 per year. Documentation must be provided to prove current full-time student status. Students paying membership dues after the first day of October shall be considered as being paid to December 31st of the following year by paying the following full year membership dues.
- Initiation Fee is deferred until conversion to General Membership.
- Initial service hour requirement is deferred until conversion to General Membership.
- Not eligible for dues credit for volunteer service.
Renewing Members:
Current membership status can be obtained by logging into your account. During the membership renewal period, you can check the annual dues amount, verify the status of your service hour discount, and see your membership expiration date. To renew, you can either mail a check to the Membership Chairman or complete your renewal online.

To download your electronically generated membership card: Log into the site, Click on "Update My Record", the link for the membership card is right under the dues section. If you have a spouse card, it will be in the same downloaded file.
Logging In:
To create a password for the first time (after you've received your receipt) or to reset your password, click on the 'Login' link (in the upper right hand corner) and then click on the "Reset Password" link on the login page.
Fill in your email address and the validation string, then click on the 'Reset Password' button.
You will be sent a temporary password via email. (It should come within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam/junk email folder).
